2. Enquiry and booking confirmation
An enquiry is not a booking confirmation. A booking becomes confirmed only after all of the following have occurred:
- Availability is confirmed.
- The applicable package, inclusions and commercial terms are communicated.
- The guest accepts those terms.
- The required payment is received or acknowledged.
3. Prices and inclusions
The price, inclusions, exclusions and arrangements communicated for a specific booking apply to that booking. Booking-specific written terms prevail over generic website descriptions.
4. Payments
An advance or payment schedule may apply. Failure to pay an amount when required may release or cancel the booking, with money already paid remaining subject to the cancellation policy.
5. Guest information
Guests must provide reasonably accurate information and documentation required for the booking or for applicable permissions.
6. Itinerary and timing
Routes, timing and activities can change because of tides, weather, forest or government rules, safety, navigation and operational circumstances.
7. Wildlife
No wildlife sighting, including a Royal Bengal Tiger sighting, is guaranteed.
The tiger is a possibility. The Sundarbans is the experience.
8. Safety and conduct
Guests must follow reasonable instructions from crew members, guides and applicable authorities, including instructions relating to safety, navigation, access and conduct.
9. Pickup and drop
Pickup or drop is included only where it is specifically stated and confirmed for that booking.
10. Third-party services
Third-party components of a journey remain subject to their own operational conditions as applicable.

Performance may be affected by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural conditions, government or forest restrictions, transport disruption, public emergencies or other operationally unavoidable circumstances. Any response, alternative or refund remains subject to the booking-specific terms and applicable law.
13. Independent travel expenses
Independent flight, train, hotel, personal-transport and incidental expenses are not normally reimbursable unless specifically agreed in writing.

Reasonable care is taken with website information, but natural conditions and individual journeys vary. Images and descriptions should be understood in that context, together with the written details confirmed for a booking.
15. Intellectual property

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum, statutory remedy or jurisdiction available under applicable law, disputes will be subject to the appropriate courts and authorities in Kolkata, West Bengal.
